These include, but are not limited to the following: Construction or alteration of any building or structure, including accessory buildings, signs, fences and decks, and construction of water impoundments such as ponds, lakes and above- or below- ground swimming pools. The Pleasant Township Zoning Resolution has been revised and updated to include all zoning regulations approved by the Pleasant Township Commission and the Pleasant Township Trustees.
